mmm muffins with jam!

It cannot be more simple! 20 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes of baking... 
muffins with jam... 

             
220g flour & 100g caster sugar & 1 teaspoon baking powder & 1 pinch of salt
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2 eggs & 16cl milk & 70g melted butter & 1 teaspoon lemon zest (I give more!)
In a bowl beat the eggs, then add milk, butter and lemon zest.

Mix the contents of the two containers until dough is homogeneous ! 

Pour half the dough into 12 muffin molds, 
put a dollop of jam in the middle - jam (aroma of your choice)
- just do not push the jam into the dough -
and cover with the rest of the dough. 

Bake 20-25 minutes at 220 ° C (thermostat 7). 

et voila, ne peut pas être plus facile, n'est pas?

French wine - spider in the bottle!

Look what I bought! A bottle of Muscadet, with surprise inside:


well, I had to prepare mules in fresh cream instead of white wine.....
what I should do with this bottle? Anyone wants to buy?
